- 8 oz Pasta (your favorite shape, cooked al dente)
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets (blanched)
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken (diced chicken breast or thigh)
- 1 cup Alfredo Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked pasta, blanched broccoli, diced chicken, Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
For extra richness, mix some cheese into the pasta mixture. You can also use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
