Instructions
- Place the sliced chicken, bell pepper, onion, fajita seasoning, and salsa in the crockpot.
- Stir to combine all the ingredients well.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks for easy serving.
- Serve the shredded chicken mixture in tortillas and add optional toppings as desired.
