Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, laying them out flat to ensure even cooking.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, fajita seasoning, and salsa on top of the chicken.
- Stir to combine the ingredients gently, ensuring the chicken is coated with the seasoning and salsa.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the vegetables.

Notes
