Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the boneless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Pour the rice over the chicken and stir in the chicken broth.
  3. Add the cream of chicken soup and the frozen mixed vegetables. Mix until well combined.
  4. Set the crockpot to low and cook for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken and stir everything to combine. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
