- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced Canadian bacon
- 1 cup hollandaise sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange the quartered English muffins evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and whole milk; season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the muffins, then add the diced Canadian bacon.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over everything.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Drizzle with warm hollandaise sauce before serving.
