- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat. Let it simmer for a minute.
- Add sesame seeds and stir for another minute.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
