This easy hot honey feta chicken recipe combines juicy chicken with creamy feta cheese, all drizzled with a sweet and spicy honey glaze for a flavorful and satisfying dish.

- 4 boneless (skinless) chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- For the Hot Honey Glaze:
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over each chicken breast.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the hot honey glaze by combining honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until well blended.
- Once the chicken is done, drizzle the hot honey glaze over the top.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, use tofu or cauliflower instead of chicken. Adjust the spice level of the glaze to your liking.
