- 2 cups spaghetti or pasta of choice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve a cup of pasta water and set aside the drained pasta.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and cook until tender and bright green, about 4-5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the broccoli mixture in the skillet and stir in parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious meal!
