Description

A quick and flavorful pasta dish with tender broccoli, garlic, and parmesan cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups spaghetti or pasta of choice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve a cup of pasta water and set aside the drained pasta.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chili flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli florets and cook until tender and bright green, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta with the broccoli mixture in the skillet and stir in parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious meal!

Notes
