Description

A simple and delicious lasagna made with no-boil noodles, rich meat sauce, and a blend of cheeses that makes it perfect for family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • No-boil lasagna noodles
  • Ground beef
  • Tomato sauce
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the beef, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a baking dish, layer ingredients: spread a thin layer of meat sauce, add noodles, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, finishing with meat sauce and a layer of mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Consider adding vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for added nutrition, and let the lasagna rest for 5-10 minutes after baking to help the layers set.
