Ingredients
- No-boil lasagna noodles
- Ground beef
- Tomato sauce
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the beef, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer ingredients: spread a thin layer of meat sauce, add noodles, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, finishing with meat sauce and a layer of mozzarella and parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Consider adding vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for added nutrition, and let the lasagna rest for 5-10 minutes after baking to help the layers set.
