- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cranberry jam
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
- Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust. Add spoonfuls of cranberry jam and swirl.
- Pour in the remaining batter and smooth the top. Bake for 60-70 minutes until nearly set.
- Let cool fully, then refrigerate after room temperature cooling.
- Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream over low heat until smooth. Cool slightly and pour over the cheesecake.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter and let the cheesecake cool gradually to prevent cracking.
