Description

This cheesecake features a creamy filling with tangy cranberry swirls and a decadent white chocolate mousse layer, making it perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cranberry jam
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust. Add spoonfuls of cranberry jam and swirl.
  5. Pour in the remaining batter and smooth the top. Bake for 60-70 minutes until nearly set.
  6. Let cool fully, then refrigerate after room temperature cooling.
  7. Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream over low heat until smooth. Cool slightly and pour over the cheesecake.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter and let the cheesecake cool gradually to prevent cracking.
