Ingredients

  • 2 cups salmon, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced

  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups fish stock or vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Add the carrots, leeks, and potatoes, cooking until the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Gently add the salmon chunks and let them cook for an additional 5 minutes until cooked through.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
