Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the fish stock or vegetable broth to a simmer.
- Add the carrots, leeks, and potatoes, cooking until the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
- Gently add the salmon chunks and let them cook for an additional 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Stir in the crème fraîche and fresh dill.
