Firecracker Steak Bites are a savory and spicy dish made with tender sirloin steak, seared to perfection and tossed in a zesty sauce of soy sauce, honey, and sriracha.

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, and minced garlic.
- Season the sirloin steak pieces generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Pour the sauce over the steak bites and toss to coat.
- Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and clings to the steak.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, marinate the steak in the sauce for a couple of hours before cooking. Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
