- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian herbs (oregano, basil)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into rectangles, about 3 inches by 4 inches.
- Place pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on each rectangle.
- Sprinkle Italian herbs over the filling.
- Fold the dough to seal the filling and shape into rolls.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over each roll.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. Customize with other fillings as desired.
