Description

Delicious flaky pizza rolls stuffed with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herbs (oregano, basil)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Flour (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into rectangles, about 3 inches by 4 inches.
  4. Place pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on each rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle Italian herbs over the filling.
  6. Fold the dough to seal the filling and shape into rolls.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Beat the egg and brush it over each roll.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
