- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a small saucepan. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the melted garlic butter mixture over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
Notes
