Description

Delicious rollups combining the classic flavors of a cheeseburger with flaky dough, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (13.8 ounce) refrigerated pizza dough or crescent dough
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef Mixture: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook until browned, then drain any excess fat. Stir in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper, followed by the ketchup and mustard. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Roll out the refrigerated dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Assemble the Rollups: Spread the beef mixture over the rolled-out dough and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up tightly from the long edge, slice into pieces, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Add Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter and garlic powder in a bowl and brush generously over the rollups. Bake at 375°F for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Final Touches: Brush with leftover garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving warm.

Notes

These rollups are best served fresh from the oven. Reheat in the oven for a crispy finish if needed.
