Description
A mouthwatering dish that marries tender chicken, creamy sauce, and delightful bowtie pasta for a flavor extravaganza.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces bowtie pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, add to the skillet, and cook until golden brown, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Mix in mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Combine cooked bowtie pasta with the sauce, ensuring even coating.
- Slice chicken and plate it on top of the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Don’t overcook the pasta and use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Allow chicken to rest before slicing for juiciness.
