Description

Juicy steak pieces cooked to perfection, coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels, and season them with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  3. Add steak bites to the hot skillet in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add butter to the same skillet; once melted, toss in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add the zucchini to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, consider marinating the steak beforehand. Adjust seasoning as per preference.
