Description
Juicy steak pieces cooked to perfection, coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels, and season them with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
- Add steak bites to the hot skillet in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter to the same skillet; once melted, toss in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Add the zucchini to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
For best flavor, consider marinating the steak beforehand. Adjust seasoning as per preference.
