Description

Tender steak bites combined with creamy shell pasta in a rich garlic butter and Parmesan Alfredo sauce, perfect for cozy evenings or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box of shell pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the garlic butter. Return the steak to the skillet and toss to coat.
  4. Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Combine the pasta with the Alfredo sauce and stir to coat. Serve the steak bites over the creamy shells, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter sauce, consider blending half-and-half or Greek yogurt.
