Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Add steak bites to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Reduce heat, add butter and garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove steak bites and set aside.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan to the same pan; cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return steak bites to the pan and coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, let it simmer longer. Pair with sides like mashed potatoes or salad.
