Description

Tender steak bites cooked in a rich, creamy sauce made with garlic, butter, and Parmesan, perfect for any dinner setting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  3. Add steak bites to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Reduce heat, add butter and garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove steak bites and set aside.
  6. Add heavy cream and Parmesan to the same pan; cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Return steak bites to the pan and coat with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, let it simmer longer. Pair with sides like mashed potatoes or salad.
