Ingredients

- Potatoes (sliced thin)
- Garlic (minced)
- Butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then sear in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on both sides.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside to rest.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
