- 4 pieces ribeye steaks (About 1-inch thick, 8 oz each)

- To taste pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until melted and bubbling.
- Add the seasoned steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the steaks, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic, and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the heavy cream, whisking continuously while scraping up browned bits.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Slice the steaks, plate, and drizzle with the creamy Parmesan sauce, garnishing with fresh parsley.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using different cheeses or adding crushed red pepper for a spicy kick.
