Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet, combine olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Sauté the Veggies: Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 5-6 minutes. Then add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add Garlic & Seasonings: Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Finish & Serve: Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for better flavor and avoid overcrowding the pan for perfect sautéing.
