- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced

- 1 cup jasmine rice

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper; add to the skillet and sear for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in soy sauce and chicken broth; bring to a simmer and cover. Cook for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook jasmine rice according to package instructions, optionally using chicken broth for flavor.
- Serve chicken over jasmine rice and garnish with green onions.
Notes
For crispy skin, use skin-on chicken thighs and broil for a few minutes after cooking. Consider marinating for extra flavor.
