- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the mixture.
- In a separate bowl, toss the halved potatoes with any remaining mixture and season with salt and pepper.
