Description

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves are a flavorful twist on classic comfort food. Packed with roasted garlic, parmesan, and juicy ground chicken, these mini loaves are perfect for family dinners or weekly meal prep.


Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 eggs

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil (optional for moisture)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
