Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional for moisture)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Gently combine the mixture without overmixing.
4. Form the mixture into mini loaves or fill a muffin tin with equal portions.
5. Place the loaves on a parchment lined baking tray.
6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
