- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup whole milk

- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add cheese tortellini, and cook according to package directions (3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Pat the steak dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side, then let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter, and once melted, stir in minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and milk, whisking until smooth.
- Add parmesan cheese and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Toss in the cooked tortellini and sliced steak, ensuring everything is coated.
- Garnish with parsley, red pepper flakes, and cracked black pepper before serving.
