A warm, ooey-gooey dip with roasted garlic and creamy cheeses that’s perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 heads Garlic (Trimmed tops and roasted)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (For roasting garlic)
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese (Room temperature)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (Divide for mixing and topping)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped for garnish)
- 1 package Crostini or Crackers (For dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the tops off the garlic heads, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in aluminum foil. Roast for about 30 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted garlic, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture into an oven-safe dish, sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with crunchy crostini or crackers. Adjust seasoning as per taste.
