Description

A warm, ooey-gooey dip with roasted garlic and creamy cheeses that’s perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 heads Garlic (Trimmed tops and roasted)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (For roasting garlic)
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (Room temperature)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (Divide for mixing and topping)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped for garnish)
  • 1 package Crostini or Crackers (For dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the tops off the garlic heads, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in aluminum foil. Roast for about 30 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted garlic, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture into an oven-safe dish, sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Remove from oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with crunchy crostini or crackers. Adjust seasoning as per taste.
