Description

Enjoy a delicious blend of succulent grilled chicken, creamy feta, and tender baby potatoes, enhanced by fresh dill and tangy lemon.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the yogurt, garam masala, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined. Add the chicken breasts and coat them fully. Cover and marinate for at least one hour.
  2. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the Chicken: Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Prepare the Dill Feta Cream: In a bowl, combine crumbled feta, chopped dill, lemon juice, and a splash of water. Mix well for a creamy consistency.
  5. Cook the Baby Potatoes: Boil or steam baby potatoes until fork-tender. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Serve grilled chicken topped with dill feta cream alongside crispy baby potatoes. Garnish with extra dill if desired.
