Description

Juicy chicken breast pieces grilled and coated with a rich cowboy butter, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup Cowboy butter (butter mixed with garlic, herbs, and spices)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal), as needed
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh herbs (optional), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken pieces with the cowboy butter in a bowl, ensuring they are well coated.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, soaking wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes beforehand.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked with grill marks.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For best texture, reheat in the oven rather than the microwave.
