Instructions
- Combine the chicken pieces with the cowboy butter in a bowl, ensuring they are well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, soaking wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes beforehand.
- Grill the skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked with grill marks.
