Description

Delightful wraps combining tender grilled shrimp and creamy Caesar dressing, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup Croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices Cooked chicken (optional for extra protein)

Instructions

  1. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill the shrimp for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds. Spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing on each tortilla, then layer on grilled shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan, and optional croutons or slices of chicken for added protein.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly, slice them in half, and serve immediately for the best texture.

Notes
