- 1 pound Sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 pound Large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil (for marinating)
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt (for seasoning the sauce)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed sirloin steak with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper and set aside.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, then remove from heat and stir in parsley, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Thread the marinated steak and shrimp onto skewers, alternating between them. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle garlic butter sauce over the skewers before serving.

Allow the steak to marinate for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor. Use fresh ingredients for the best taste.
