Description

A delicious combination of perfectly grilled steak, sweet charred zucchini, and a rich creamy herb sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Steak
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 1 cup Cream (heavy cream or sour cream)
  • 1/4 cup Herbs (such as parsley or dill)
  • 2 cups Rice or quinoa (for serving)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Grill the steak to your desired doneness, then let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. Slice the zucchini lengthwise, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then grill until tender and charred (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  5. In a bowl, mix the cream with chopped herbs to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Serve the grilled steak and zucchini over a bed of rice or quinoa.
  7. Drizzle the creamy sauce on top before serving.

Notes

For grilling, cuts like ribeye or sirloin work best. Allow steak to rest before slicing to keep juices intact.
