Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Steak
- 2 Zucchini
- 1 cup Cream (heavy cream or sour cream)
- 1/4 cup Herbs (such as parsley or dill)
- 2 cups Rice or quinoa (for serving)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Grill the steak to your desired doneness, then let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Slice the zucchini lengthwise, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then grill until tender and charred (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- In a bowl, mix the cream with chopped herbs to create a creamy sauce.
- Serve the grilled steak and zucchini over a bed of rice or quinoa.
- Drizzle the creamy sauce on top before serving.
Notes
For grilling, cuts like ribeye or sirloin work best. Allow steak to rest before slicing to keep juices intact.
