Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
- Add the diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the rice, soy sauce, hot sauce, honey, smoked paprika, and cumin. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Divide the ground beef mixture among serving bowls. Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
