- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and onion, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent—about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in broccoli florets and red bell pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, ground ginger, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetable mixture in the skillet. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Add the cooked quinoa or brown rice to the skillet, stirring to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through and allow flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
