Description

A quick and healthy stir-fry featuring lean ground turkey and colorful bell peppers, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Cooked rice or quinoa for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Stir in sliced bell peppers and cook until just tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice or quinoa, if desired.

Notes

For best texture, do not overcook the bell peppers. Customize with additional vegetables or swap sauces as desired.
