- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in sliced bell peppers and cook until just tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or quinoa, if desired.
Notes
For best texture, do not overcook the bell peppers. Customize with additional vegetables or swap sauces as desired.
