Description

A quick and healthy stir fry featuring ground turkey and fresh vegetables in a savory teriyaki sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey, season it with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas; cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add teriyaki sauce and stir to combine; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the vegetables. They should be tender but still crunchy. Use a non-stick skillet to make cleanup easier.
