Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey, season it with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas; cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add teriyaki sauce and stir to combine; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the vegetables. They should be tender but still crunchy. Use a non-stick skillet to make cleanup easier.
