- 2 cups diced potatoes

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté for about five minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and stir for another minute.
- Crumble ground turkey into the skillet and cook for 7 to 10 minutes until browned. Sprinkle in cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in diced potatoes, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add frozen peas and cook for an additional five minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving. Serve warm with crusty bread or over rice.
