Description

Delicious and colorful kebabs featuring savory chicken, beef, crispy bacon, and sweet pineapple, perfect for summer barbecues and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 pound beef, cubed
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes if using wooden skewers.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  3. Thread the chicken, beef, bacon, pineapple, and bell peppers onto the soaked skewers, alternating each ingredient.
  4. Brush the assembled skewers with the marinade.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through with grill marks.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken and beef for a few hours or overnight. Use fresh, ripe pineapple for best results.
