- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and honey, then pour it over the shrimp in the skillet.
- Stir to coat the shrimp in the sauce and let it cook for another minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat, add the remaining butter, and let it melt for a rich flavor.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.
