- 1 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed pineapple (juice included!), vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until blended.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into your prepared baking pan, smoothing it out.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
