These Healthy Cottage Cheese Protein Brownies are deliciously fudgy and rich in protein, making them a perfect guilt-free treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup oat flour or ground oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Add the cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, oat flour, and baking powder to the blender. Blend until everything is well mixed and the batter is thick.
- If desired, stir in some chocolate chips, saving a few to sprinkle on top.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Once baked, let the brownies cool for 15–20 minutes before slicing them into squares.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for creamier brownies. Check for doneness a few minutes before the suggested baking time.
