Instructions
- Cut the Steak: Begin by cutting your chosen steak into 1-inch cubes.
- Make the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate the Steak: Place the steak cubes into the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
