- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot, add fettuccine, and cook until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- Brown the Beef: In a skillet, add lean ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until browned.
- Sauté Garlic: Push beef to one side, add minced garlic, and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- Make the Cream Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and mix in Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Add Spinach: Toss in fresh spinach and allow it to wilt into the sauce.
- Combine and Serve: Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet, mixing with the creamy beef. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed. Serve hot.
