Instructions
- Clean the shrimp, removing the shell and deveining them if necessary.
- Mince the garlic finely.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Pour in the honey and soy sauce mixture, stirring to coat the shrimp evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve warm over rice or with fresh vegetables.
