- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup chocolate chips, dark or semi-sweet
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut flour, and maple syrup. Stir until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and flatten into oval shapes.
- Place the formed eggs on parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave, heating in intervals until smooth.
- Dip each egg in the melted chocolate using two forks, letting excess drip off.
- Place the coated eggs back on parchment paper to harden.
- Refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Notes
Use natural peanut butter for a healthier option, and try adding sprinkles or sea salt for extra flavor.
