Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the melted butter and sugar until combined in another bowl.
- Add the Greek yogurt, eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest; mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice for the glaze until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
