Description

Delightful treats combining Oreo cookies and cream cheese, coated in rich chocolate. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz chocolate (milk, dark, or white) for coating
  • Sprinkles or crushed Oreos for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or plastic bag until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well integrated.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, stirring often.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place back on the parchment-lined tray.
  7. Add toppings before the chocolate hardens.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator until the coating is firm, usually about 30 minutes.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Experiment with different chocolate types for varied flavors!
