- 1 ¼ teaspoons peppermint extract

- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups dark melting/dipping chocolate
Instructions
- Mix the Base: Begin by placing the sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract into a stand mixer. Blend until fully incorporated.
- Create the Dough: Gradually add half of the powdered sugar to the mixture and mix until a dough begins to form.
- Roll and Cut: Dust your work surface with powdered sugar, knead the dough lightly, and roll it out into a ½-inch thick circle. Cut out circles with a cookie cutter.
- Freeze the Patties: Set the circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for about 15 minutes.
- Dip in Chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, let it cool slightly, then dip each frozen patty into the chocolate.
- Chill Again: Return the coated patties to the parchment-lined sheet and refrigerate for around 20 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
