Ingredients
4 honey garlic sausages (sliced or whole)
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic, honey, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Place sausage on a lined sheet pan, spread potatoes evenly around.
4. Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5. Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end if desired for crisp edges.
6. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Freeze in single portions and reheat as needed.
