- 1/4 cup Lime juice

- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- Whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Grill or bake chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Combine diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and additional lime juice in a bowl to make the salsa.
- Serve grilled chicken topped with mango salsa alongside rice, salad, or warm tortillas.
